Kater Trucking & Paving, Inc. is capable of providing a multitude of skilled workers and professionals to ensure the proper completion of nearly any type of project.

KTP utilizes its personnel in a manner that provides maximum efficiency while working on a project.

Most of our field employees are multi-skilled, which provides a great convenience to the customer and a major advantage over other companies when a true turnkey project is under construction.

Our customer base has become familiar with our ability to minimize outside contractors and additional subcontracts while completing a multitude of required tasks within a single project. Our employees are offered continuing trade school education as a benefit of their employment with KTP. As a result, many of our employees are trained for, and successfully practice four, five or more skilled trades.

Much of our office staff split their time between the field and the office. We have learned that this provides the best hands-on understanding of the day-to-day progress in the field. Our personnel pride themselves on providing the highest quality of service for Complete Site Development within the industry. Our staff strives to continually improve the conciseness and quality of their work. This effort allows the KTP staff to provide clear and understandable information for the customer, while also minimizing unnecessary or redundant documentation and information.

Readily Available

We also have an inventory of specialty tools and equipment.  This inventory includes everything from rigging equipment, torches and welders to confined space equipment and air monitors.  Other large equipment not in our inventory can be obtained for your project if needed.
